Despite my resolution to watch the clock more in pursuit of sleep, a dose of deadlines meant I was still working near to midnight yesterday.

I was very grumpy today. Even though Monday was a rest day from running, a long work day took its toll. As I’m using mood as a tool to monitor recovery, things must be repaired today.

A steady state run for 40 minutes on top of a lot of dashing around means I need good recovery. It’s 21:35, so twenty five minutes to closedown.

Mood :-|

Exercise energy consumed 667 kcal (10 mins bike, 40 mins steady run)
