		<description>Dave, thanks for that advice.  There is some way to go of course before any point of negotiation, and I&#039;m sure everyone is open to a deal.  I went into V&amp;R yesterday, and was advised the replacement cost of my lost friend somewhat lower than I quote above.  

And what is obvious is that these positional goods have also become alternative investments in the past few years.  I assume therefore they will either go up or down in value ;-)</description>
