A friend sent me this story, which has Nassim eating dim sum somewhere in London with Bloomberg.
For those who did not think my own coverage (almost a year ago now) contained enough finance, this more than makes up for it. But then, I think we now know that bad things happen big time in financial markets (remember Mr Magoo?). Taleb is apparently outselling Alan Greenspan, according to the Bloomberg story. But the story also indicates some backlash toward The Black Swan.
Incidentally, the article mentions Nassim’s work with Dan Goldstein at LBS, which is a way of making the connection with next week’s Bruno Frey lecture there mentioned in the previous post.
