    Glad you broke with the tree series … your frosty car close up could pass for an Alpine scene by a Japanese artist with too much red paint. Will you be getting a tripod for x-mas?

    LOL.

    Don’t worry. I have a tripod from my earlier adventures in photography that encompassed the Russian rock gods. But I have not used it in anger for a number of years.

    As I think I have mentioned, I’m entirely opportunistic with the phone camera at this stage, so lots of shake, plus flash and red-eye functions that seem uncontrollable.

    Shame you didn’t like the trees, because I have a couple more I’m quite pleased with. It’s a pity the art market is falling to pieces, I think you may have titled this work in a way that would have sold well “Japanese alpine scene in red ink…”
