		<description>Is it that a &quot;bull run&quot; - as the name encourages one to infer -  favours alpha-male, testosterone driven leadership and compounds some of its worst characteristics (&quot;my way or highway&quot;/starting to believe in own immortality/ destructive internal competition, no patience with developing capabilities and strong processes that could provide balance, because they all get labelled pointless bureaucracy).

So perhaps no need to write off the whole generation   -  within companies, within society there will have been moderating and independent views but they could not get themselves been heard/went underground.
